As a competitive cyclist, Neil Kopitsky brings a special passion to representing people injured in bicycling accidents, and has extensive knowledge of bicycling case law and the dynamics of bicycle accidents. He frequently handles cases where bicyclists were injured due to the negligence of other vehicle drivers.

Neil Kopitsky is a graduate of Colorado College and Washington University Law School. He is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Missouri, and admitted to practice in federal and state courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Atlanta Bar Association.
